Gentle Sleep and Settling Support

Finding sleep 'advice' not working? Does settling your baby take a long time? Or leaving your baby to cry not feel 'right' for your family?

Coastal Midwifery and Lactation is not your average 'sleep program'! This approach has NO 'cry it out' and timing your presence with your baby.

Support provided in your home, and flexible in nature, whilst Amy is getting to know you and your family.

Amy has a unique approach to early parenting support, with gentle settling and sleep advice based on the latest evidence, as per The Neuroprotective Development Institute (formerly Possums).

Amy's approach is based on normalising infant behaviour, increasing connection with your baby, reviewing and supporting your own goals and finding a plan of support, that aligns with your values and beliefs as a family.

Coastal Midwifery and Lactation acknowledges the Bunurong people as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the surrounding lands and waters on which we live and work; and pays respect to their Elders past, present and emerging; for they hold the memories, the traditions, and the culture.
